Dr. Hendi Pratama, S.Pd., M.A.

Dr. Hendi Pratama is an Education Transformation Coach based in Indonesia. Dr. Hendi Pratama has been working in education sector since 2006. Throughout his career, he has been a teacher, lecturer, coach, project manager, and university executive. His main research interests are linguistics, pragmatics, politeness, implicature and teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL). He has written a number of articles in reputable journals and books related with pragmatics, implicatures and politeness. He wrote one piece of popular book entitled Kesadaran: a book on understanding humans and their interactions. He has a deep concern and explicit activism on gender equality, positive psychology, and scientific awareness. As an avid social media user, he disseminates his voice via TikTok (340K Followers), Instagram (280K Followers) and Youtube (100K Views). Some of his popular videos have been watched more than 10 million people. In his spare time, he loves reading philosophical and self development books. Some of his favorite readings are written by the following authors: Jordan B Petterson, Simon Sinek, Evan Charmichael, Rhenald Kasali, Mark Manson, Stephen Hawking, Rolf Dobelli, Yufal Noah Harari and Daniel Kahneman. His hobbies include online games (mostly Mobile Legend), tennis, billiard and performing stand up comedy at local clubs.

Indira Gustiar, S.S., S.H., M.Kn.

Indira Gustiar is a feminist by heart and lawyer by training. She focuses her training and coaching on women empowerement and education. She has worked with several universities and groups to solve the problems of discrimination undergone by women and minority groups. In her spare time, she loves to ride horses, dive, surf and revew restaurants and cafe. She is a gifted cook and serves only the best food for her patrons.

Widya has been working with EDUTRANS.ID for five years now. She knows the ins and outs of EDUTRANS.ID’s programs and trainings. We call him OLAF at EDUTRANS.ID. He is a part time comedian and full time videographer. His name remind us of the coldest character at Disney universe but in reality he is one of the warmest people in this world.
